Positives: Location is pretty good, but several blocks back from the wharf. Having a heated pool and hot tub was nice. The beds were great.

Negatives: The room and hotel were in rough shape. I have pretty high expectations of Hyatt from all my previous stays at their other properties and this was the worst property I've been to. Many things broken and damaged in the room. No views of the ocean.

Positives: The pool and hot tub are well maintained and a very nice feature of this hotel.

Negatives: The showers are inconvenient to operate and use and the entryway area could do with more hooks to hang coats or ither clothes.

Negatives: The resturant/bar was awful. Had steak and you could tell it was frozen. Then the older lady working there came and cleared my plate and napkin before I was done eating. Eat elsewhere.
