Positives: New and modern motel with comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. Once we got into the rooms, we enjoyed our stay. However, the clerk would not honor our reservation and prepayment from Booking.com. We had to wait a half hour in the lobby while he tried to get information. I finally insisted on getting the room keys (two rooms), but he would only agree to cancel the original reservations and make new ones, at a higher cost. I got everything straightened out, working with Booking.com after getting back home (my payments were refunded), but it was a very irritating check-in process because of a stubborn reception clerk.

Positives: I was rushed into booking the hotel room because I had a layover in denver. I got the confirmation and it was for the following day. I immediately called the hotel to see if I could switch it for that evening and they could not help me they were going to charge me again and they still charge me for the night that I didn't stay there. I don't care if this is customary this is b*******!!!!!!! I slept in the airport flew out the next morning and then got to charge on my credit card bill for staying in the hotel on Saturday night. I got no help from the hotel I got no help from booking.com. I thought booking.com might be able to get me a refund or at least a partial refund..... Apparently not! I would not consider this hotel if I was staying in Denver.
Negatives: I didn't like that I wanted to change my reservation from Saturday to Friday and then go right there to the hotel and pay for my night and they would not accommodate me! I slept in the airport! I flew out Saturday morning and then I see on my credit card a charge for me staying at the hotel Saturday night. Do better comfort inn suites Denver international airport! Do better booking.com!

Positives: The manager was a nice guy for the most part. We had a rough start but once cooler heads prevailed things were good. The jetted tub was nice.
Negatives: There was a really high pitch sound coming from an electrical outlet. I'm not a fan of the bed mattress. It was uncomfortable and I couldn't get to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch that was in the room.

Positives: The room was clean.
Negatives: The one thing we needed was a safe place to sleep during our layover. During our stay while we were sleeping the front desk gave another family a key to our room so they opened our door while we were sleeping. Then the front desk came up and woke us up again to get our information. This was all past midnight while we were trying to sleep for out 3:00 am wake up time. We were traveling with our child and needless to say we didn't get anymore sleep after our room was entered without our concent. The woman at the front desk was not helpful and tried to pass the blame to another employee instead of taking responsibility and apologizing. I called later to speak with the manager and was frustrated with the way they handled it. After a week of calling between the hotel and booking.com they discounted our room 10% which I think is inadequate because they risked our safety and security. That was the whole reason we chose to book a hotel for a few hours instead of sleeping on the floor of the airport. Also we booked this hotel because it had a shuttle. I called to ask about it and they told us they would hold it for us. Then when we got to the meeting spot they told me it was gone and wouldn't be back for 1 hour so we had to take an uber at added expense. The staff I interacted with was very rude and unprofessional.
