I liked having the 2 separate bed rooms and that it was like a mini apartment.
Negatives:
There were a lot of druggies, drug sales going on and every time we went outside, Denver Police Department was there. I didn’t always feel safe.

As soon as I got into the room noticed it smelled like cigarettes even though it stated it was a non smoking room. On top of that the bedsheets were dirty and the couch was full of nasty white stuff all over. I went over to front desk to ask to cancel the stay and she stated the manager had to do that and to call back the next day. I called 3 times and emailed on the next day and didn’t receive a response. I also called today left a voicemail and have yet to hear from the manager about my refund. I had to end up booking another room at another facility I wasn’t even offered another clean room from them either! Worst hotel DO NOT STAY HERE! it seems like there is nothing but homeless in this place everything smells like cigarettes and there’s dog poo all over the yard!

this is not a place you book if you want to relax it's more of a place you come if you need a place to stay. So many people standing outside,in the hallways,in front of your door,kids loud running up and down the hallways,key card never works when u leave

Great location, very convenient to get to public transportation, also they allowed dogs to stay. And who works house keeping was fantastic assisting us in our needs day to day.

Yes, the staff was rude and very disrespectful other than she works housekeeping. The General Manager, was horrible and rude. Hotel employee did not allow us to extend our stay and we were thrown out the very last minute!!

The hotel seemed alright, however I can't speak positively about any part in the hotel, as I hadn't stayed long enough to gather a positive experience.
Negatives:
They do not properly announce on this website that their hotel is 'Dogs Only'. It is in a very obscure place on a separate website that we had not known of before this. We were bringing a cat with us, and were told that we were unable to bring the cat into the hotel after I had already paid the total for the hotel and the pet fee. I was charged the late cancellation fee, even though the circumstances were outside of our control.

Ever room has full kitchens with all the appliances and all the essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, classes, utensils, etc. The front desk & housekeeping do an excellent job. Thank you staff!

The only nice thing was the doors locked on every building from the inside.
Negatives:
Our room was very dirty and had opened soda bottles and empty bathroom supplies as well as hair all over the tub. We stayed for 5 nights and never once was offered housekeeping or extra toiletries and constantly had to go to the office to ask for items. The fire alarms went off constantly and there was no apology or communication from the property management even though I was the person to go to the office while the entire building was under fire alarms and other guests continued going in and out without being stopped. I was charged a “deposit” when I arrived after booking online so that was also very disappointing. There was a literal KNIFE in our sleeper bed so I refused to open it any further after finding it.

It was a slight bit better than the worst hotel Inhave ever stayed in

It was trashed, in a bad neighborhood, tv didnt work, pillows were uncomfortable. I put on filters specially for a hot tub and there wasnt one.
