When we got back after dinner, One evening we asked for Waters. The gentleman behind the counter said we dont give away waters. The ice and water machine was not working on the 3rd floor, Where our room was , so we needed to go to floor 4. I would say he needs some training in customer service. He seemed like he was quite irritated.
