The room wasnt what I expected and I was told I got a complimentary upgrade .. which leaves me thinking how bad is the condition of the initial room the shower was dirty and there was no hot water the rooms smells and the air condition had molds

The breakfast bar needs to be better for the money you are paying. I am use to booking at holiday express hotels or comfort inn there breakfast bar are the best .

They oversold our room so they had to give us two rooms side by side. Which was nice- but that split up our family of 5 when we wanted to be all together. The pull out sofa bed had zero bedding so at 11pm I had to try to find staff to get me bedding. The breakfast was the worst continental breakfast I've ever seen. Basically granola bars and a few pieces of fruit. Everything was out of stock when we got there and when we asked if they could restock we just realized that the breakfast had very little to begin with.
We found another hotel for the night our cruise came into port. It was $30 less a night- was in a better location- had a full amazing breakfast- and was SO much cleaner. It had staff at the counter all night unlike the extended stay- and many more amenities.
I will unfortunately not be staying at this property again as the other was far superior for less
