After Monday, May 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Pool not opened, pictures on website didn't match. The hall on the 3rd floor had a burnt smell. The bar and restaurant weren't what it was made out put to be. Lots of fase advertisements.

Negatives: One of the EV chargers was broken. The printer with the hotel computers was broken. Our room was next to an external door which kept us up through the night.
