Main building was super nice. Like apartment style place. As clean as they could get it for an older building. Would return to this company not that location.
Negatives:
Older building understandable. Carpet old and some parts tore up, shower bar was not fixed hanging upside down. AC unit door not secured. Thin roof. Can hear ppl walking around upstairs.
Pool was closed but can see the uncleanliness of the covered pool where it was open.

The front desk staff was nice. The ease to locations was good. Plenty to do in the area

The hotel is an extended stay hotel. Upon arrival the hotel looks somewhat rundown. You can smell weed from the outside of your bedroom. The pool was closed. There were child running and playing in the parking lot and toys left outside. I did not want to stay but I booked last minute and was going to lose my money. The room had an odor and left me feeling uncomfortable. I spoke with the front desk about my concerns. I reached out to booking as well but that takes 24-48 hours for a reply. I had to purchase cleaning supplies just to get through my visit.

This property is always very accommodating except parking. I especially appreciate the handicap room.
Negatives:
I do not like that you Charge to park on your property. It's not like I have a choice, so I must pay the parking charge. Sonesta is the only properties I ever stay at that charge for parking. I believe this is a fee that should be part of the room fee's!!!!
