The room wasn't "serviced" during the entire length of our stay. We did not receive fresh towels, coffee, etc. We would also have preferred a kettle rather than filter drip coffee pot. More designated smoking areas required. Clothes dryers too slow and pricey.

Centrally located in walking distance to the beach and Ala Moana Shopping Center
Negatives:
The room that I acquired upon arrival reeked of the smell of urine. I addressed this situation with house keeping. The maid came in & sprayed something on the floor & wiped it which truly did nothing to improve the strong odor. I was offered another room which was not much better as that room reeked of tobacco. However they did shampoo the carpet which did elevate the smell of the urine.
