It's a dual property Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in the same building. The description of the room that I booked was for a king bed with a sofa bed for Hampton Inn. The staff explained only the Homewood Suites room have sofa beds. But the staff quickly accommodated our request. We were switched to a room with two queen beds.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Parking was convenient, attached to the hotel.
Negatives:
Weekends parking lot gets full and the spaces are very tight. If you plan on going out at night you may come back and no spots left to park. There are two hotels so there are two different breakfast spots and it isn’t marked well on which one is which.

The lady at the front desk helped us get a taxi and saved us from being late.
Negatives:
We rented a car only to find out later that the hotel charges $58.00 a night to park. Then we were advised that we should not move our vehicle because the parking space was not reserved, and our car would have nowhere to park. Increase the nightly rate to include a set parking space.
