The toilet didn't work in the first room I was sent to then I was asked if I was sure that the toilet didn't work like I didn't already flush it and verified it didn't work before I made the claim then was put in a different room and that room the bed sheets didn't look as if they had been replaced it looked like they were slept in and just the top blanket was remade I work for Hilton hotels and know what messy bed looks like just wasn't please at all

Good price, daily house keeping, pet friendly, safe, close to many many shops, ice machine, room was quiet, spacious shower

A/c didn’t work, window was designed not to open, only a fridge and microwave, shower was either stained or dirty, baseboards needed paint, had to shoulder charge my door open as it was stuck, half of vending and laundry was out of order, dog stations needed much attention, no elevator and no luggage carts

The room was horrible. There was holes in the walls, light sockets exposed. Broken furniture. Unclean room. The bed was the only clean item in the room. I selected a non smoking room, the entire hotel smelled like water damage and cigarettes
