Beautiful hotel in a great area. Easy access to the T stations, short walk to Fenway, a lot around the hotel. Super friendly and accommodating staff.

Staff was friendly, professional and went out of their way to provide service. Hotel room was immaculately clean. Mattress was very comfortable. Loved the location!

It was great! Fresh air as most hotels don't allow opening the window, the staff friendly and the room is a studio where you have a kitchen and comfortable bed and extra blanket if feel cold, they offer shuttle and hot breakfast

I am very disappointed with this stay overall. We booked three rooms in total and every room had issues with the bathtub peeling, inconsistent amenities in the rooms, toilets not working, and unknown charges.

The main reason we booked the hotel was for the indoor pool. Unfortunately it was closed during our stay.

Overall, the room was very comfortable and clean. Any small imperfections were certainly negated when I asked for a checkout extension and they gave me two hours. We were meeting family at 2:00 and it was so nice to relax in the room instead of the street

Those who design a room and think that the TP holder should be mounted on the wall behind the toilet should be fired.

Rooms desperately need to be refurbished. Carpet is coming up and the bathtubs are chipped and peeling.
