Poor concierge service.
Hotel did not help me with airport transfer/taxi. When I asked for help at reception I was asked to go outside the hotel to look for a taxi transport. I had to wait outside for some time and could not secure a taxi for myself so I had to book uber from my mobile.
Although this could be not important to some, but having the hotel arrange for me the airport transfer is very important rather than me going out on the street and trouble myself with this. I usually rely on hotels to assist me with this. What is the use of having a concierge service in the hotel if I cannot utilize it? I was mistreated.
I’m writing this hoping for the Hotel to improve and be more helpful and considerate of people needs.
