Strong presence of mold in multiple rooms, the towels were off in color, and one room I stayed in the bed linen had not been changed just stains hidden by folding.

Great location at an affordable rate! Overall, the room was rather clean considering the age of the facility! Big bed that was moderately comfortable! Fridge in the room!

Honestly, the biggest issue that I had was the lack of toiletries and linens! When we first got into the room there was no hand soap for the sink. The shower has a dispenser on the wall that has shower gel and shampoo however it's not the easiest to pump! There were two of us in the room but they only left one washcloth and one hand towel with two bath towels. We made due the first night but when we asked for some fresh towels they said they could only give us one more washcloth and one more towel unless we returned the other ones. I get the policy on keeping track of what's being used but I believe that you should at least leave two sets of each to begin with, especially when the room was booked for two nights. I prefer changing out my hand towels daily!

Cracks in dry wall, paint chipping all over the room, sheet metal,frame on mattress made noise whenever I turned over, HVAC unit really didn't regulate temp - cool set at 68 but kept running to 62 - fan was noisy
But it is a cheap budget hotel and you get what you pay for. So, maybe meets expectations.
