Staff was not pleasant front desk clerk was not at the desk for check in me and other guests stood waiting for over 20 minutes there was a sign out when we got there however like the other guest said who knows what time it was put there.. she was rude not only to a few guests but to house keeping, my sheets were dirty, I had no face clothes I asked for late check out and was told I had to out by 1130 or I would be charged 25. We were trying to get dressed for a funeral and front desk kept calling and house keeping kept knocking. You would think after the check in issues and dirty sheets and no face clothes I would have been offered a courtesy of the late checkout yet she tried my card at 1130 without my knowledge. I ended up paying the additional fee

Room was decent and the staff was professional.
Negatives:
4th floor reaked of burning marijuana all of the time, morning and evening. Other clientele, highly suspicious for drugs and prostitution, based on what was overheard while walking our dog behind the hotel we're visiting a client on our floor. Sadly, we stayed at the same hotel last year and it was a much more pleasant experience. We will not be back. Red Roof should investigate the issue as I did not sleep well worrying about negative elements in the premises.

The staff were very rude. The rooms smelled old, moldy, an unbearable smell. the beds super uncomfortable. The bathroom is horribly dirty, the toilet is loose, the door is almost falling off. There was a huge leak in the lobby and it was there for the 2 days we were there. In the photos they said that there was a microwave and refrigerator, when I arrived at the hotel they told me that if I wanted a refrigerator and microwave I had to upgrade and it cost 25.99 per day per room. Definitely not recommend this hotel. Very very disappointing.

No breakfast was available. I was triple charged for a one room night stay. Night staff was not helpful and didn't care. Elevator didn't work. Marijuana smell was in the stairwell and on the ENTIRE hall I was staying on.

The room seems to be fairly clean including the sheets and other linens. Overall, the room was sufficient for our needs and met our expectations.
Negatives:
Some of the furniture was a little old and worn and the floors felt like they were sticky, so we avoided walking around with bare feet.
