Negatives: Our room smelled strongly of smoke and we slept very little because of it. The whole hotel smelled like smoke. The beds had a sheet and one bed cover the equivalent of another sheet.

Negatives: Mostly everything we had a room where the sheets had spots on them, and the lamp were very dusty and we had a tub that were clogged. We went downstairs to explain our concerns regarding the room, she said “ I don’t have any room available right now, and “all I can do is returning your money”I said okay how are you doing that, because I will need that money to go and check in an other hotel, suddenly a room was ready on the spot. And we had to move to the 2floor with a double bed it wasn’t that perfect. They show a list of stuff that is included in the kitchen: toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots, dishes, ect . The pots they gave us were all black inside and outside. The only thing that worked was the fridge and microwave, that is all. For breakfast is was bad only coffee, and muffins, uncooked oats, take everything and go back to your room. It was @ a sheep price, I guess you get what you pay for.

Negatives: My room was downgraded from a king suite to a double. The television did not work and they're was no coffee maker in the room. I went down for coffee at 8am and there were empty coffee pots and baskets.

Negatives: Room was very dirty. The room had a horrible smell. All the furniture was scratched. Bedside table drawers were missing. Dresser drawers were missing First room we had had a broken door handle so we couldn't get into the room. Second room we had. The toilet seat was up and had urine in it DISGUSTING!!! Lobby was shabby and dirty. The washers and dryers were behind the check in desk and were running. Not pleasant. People coming in and out constantly and we couldn't tell if guests or employees and they were very "tough looking". Terrible hotel. Should taken off Booking. Com.

Negatives: There was a crack head and a cat walking around the hallways. It was loud all night and I didn’t feel safe

Negatives: The staff were not polite

Negatives: Breakfast could be better.

Negatives: It was not at good,i just couldn't breath at all. It was dirty , smell and complete shady place

Negatives: TV very out dated, phone doesn't work, they only gave 2 small pillows but we were unable to get an extra 2 also no late check out

Negatives: The room was so old and out dated. The mattress was so dirty we slept with our clothes on , on top of the sheets a just got extras to cover ourselves. I will never stay here again .
