Extended Stay America Suites - Austin - North Central

Negatives: The carpet in the rooms smelled. There was no coffee in rooms. Not toiletries either.

Negatives: It was not clean or maintained well. My room had no number tag on the outside. There were dirty towels in the room from the previous guest when I checked in. There was a very musty odor in the room and hallway. The microwave was certainly a fire hazard and parts of the room were in disrepair. There was dog feces in the hallway the Thursday I checked in, which I reported 5 times over the course of three days. It was still there when I checked out the following Tuesday. Desk staff blamed it on maintenance/housekeeping. However I saw one of the desk staff in the hall to inspect it and assumed he’d take care of it, but he left if right there. At some point the cleanliness of a property is the responsibility of all staff.

Negatives: The roaches were bad. I didn't like that at all.

Negatives: The fact I was there less than 30 mins and I still had free cancelation for a couple hours they are still trying to keep $70 for canceling. Canceling 30 mins after arriving requesting another room and it not be any better.

Negatives: The staff acted liked they didn't know anything. Not friendly at all. No one came to the front office for about 20 minutes when we checked in. Then the next morning no one was there when we checked out so we left the keys in the room. Poor service.

Negatives: There is nothing to like

Negatives: The fact the property didn't have anything that was supposed to be in the room, it was filthy damaged and I lost money on the groceries I bout before arrival that had to be donated or ruined because I wasn't able to cook it and have to find new accomodations today and the upcoming week. There was no Continental breakfast at all! Overall disappointed with my first experience with booking.com and the extended stay america hotel. I also took pictures of all these issues.

Negatives: All. The place is dirty, it is not comfortable at all, there were cockroaches in the room. They say they offer breakfast and they don't offer anything; because the only thing they offer is machine coffee. I had never been in such a neglected place before. It is a zero star hotel.

Negatives: There was blood on the walls in the hallway, no shower curtain, mold in the shower, tiles falling off, water damage on the ceiling, vents were dirty an nasty, hair in the shower drain, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Very unsanitary. Not to mention, we woke up to the ems and fire truck in the parking lot. Very sketchy and not kid friendly.

Negatives: Placed smelled like smoke but had no smoking signs everywhere. Trash was piled up high in corners. Carpet had stains and gum stuck all over it, window seal was broken at bottom, where air from outside was getting in. This place is dirty there was alot wrong with it.
