I got charged twice I don’t know why , my son did the reservation for me but when they got to the hotel I told them use my card so we got charge both of us me and my son , when we called the hotel they said call tomorrow talk to the manager to square things up but it is not supposed to be that why of waisting my time and my son’s time for your mistake

Due to bad weather my flight was cancelled and I wasn’t going to make until the next day. I called the hotel and asked if I could change the day or not have my credit card charged. The person that was on the phone said “nope!” And that was it.
I understand that the weather was not this the hotels fault, but he didn’t even pretend to be compassionate about my situation and offer to check with management or make an exception. Not only am I out the money but he was rude about it too. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend this place
