Positives:
Our room was very spacious and quiet at night. #265. The hotel was in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. And I had a view of the top of the Space Needle. It was a good experience. A lot more pro's than con's.
Negatives:
The mattress on the Hide-a-bed wasn't comfortable for my daughter. It was mostly springs and no padding. Long walk to room. Parking seemed a bit high, at $30.

Positives:
Suite with kitchen is nice. I bring my own food so I don’t have to eat out. Also the suite side is quieter. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, though the pillows can use some improvement. Allergy free bedding is nice also. The breakfast is so, so. The staff is courteous.
Negatives:
There was a soap dish in the bathroom but no soap!! I only stayed one night so I took shower gel and add to soap dish. Wish were more attentive.

Room was okay. Lots of eateries in the area.
Negatives:
Breakfast area was not kept clean. Recently stayed at another HIS property and the staff kept the food and eating area in immaculate conditions. Seattle location had caked up food around the food and supplies

Positives:
Reasonably good location near the Space Needle Centre. Bus ($1. Senior) right across the road to take us downtown. Western omelette yummy as were the waffles making it a good choice to start the day. The staff were so helpful and a credit to the hotel.
Negatives:
The first night our accommodation was in the first two rooms and for some reason these were disabled rooms near reception. It was so noisy we thought there was a party happening outside our doors so we had to ask to be moved for the n cut three nights. These rooms should be soundproofed or at the very least customers should be notified about how noisy they are.
